I agree 1000% with all reviewers so far of the latest revision of wizard, version 3.0. Do not like the animation changes, the cards are too small, do not like the players announcing their bids in the silly exclamations at the end of each hand depending upon whether they made their bid or not. I cannot turn the sound off, so it makes the game unplayable in places where I need to be quiet and pass some time, such as doctors offices waiting rooms. I can manually turn the sound down to zero level but then I have to turn it back up when Im done and thats a nuisance each time I want to play a hand or two. Perhaps the game has not been profitable enough to justify a version 4.0. But, it would be costless to allow the old version back to those who want it. Please.............

Horrible update! I want the old version back!

I HATE THE UPDATE!! I do not want to look at little faces!!!! The game plays slower...yuck!!! I do not like the little stupid players having words they say, when they lose or win. Please go back to simple & no stupid little faces talking!!!!!

I no longer see any cards. All cards are just blank white cards. Complete fail of an upgrade.

This was my favorite game until the most recent update. Why no option to mute the cheesy voices without having to turn my volume down? The new animations are not necessary at best and obnoxiously cheesy at worst. Ive only played it a handful of times since the update because its so cumbersome now. Please go back to the older version!

The new version is horrible. The faces and sounds are very annoying and distracting. And certainly not age- appropriate for adults. They truly undermine the game experience.

Please bring back the old version. The new version us too busy and very annoying! Im done playing until the update with the "old" version comes back!! Used to be easy to play while standing in long lines, or commuting on train, etc. NOT enjoyable any longer. You ruined it!! Doesnt deserve even one star!

Please bring back the old format. The little faces and animation and slowness of the game makes it almost unusable. If it aint broke....

Slight improvement in being able to turn off the faces. Now please give us the option to get rid of the comment captions and the spinning cards. In other words - would still like to have the old version back!

Hate the new app! No longer play!

Loved the game before the update. I HATE not being able to see the other players scores during the bidding now!!!! Its important strategically to see scores especially during the last hand! Also please remove the shadow over the cards, its hard enough to see them as it is. Now I must get out my magnifying glass. I May have to stop playing. I was playing many times every day :(

My phone downloaded the new update and I really dont like it. The screen is far too busy and confusing. If possible can you make an option to use the old interface? I paid for this game, but in its current state would not have. If you havent bought this game already and you are a fan of wizard, do not buy this game!!! You wont like it at all.

I completely agree with the last review. The new app is annoying.....the sounds especially! I would love the old app back! The new screen is also hard to see on my iPhone because the cards appear smaller.

Game continously freezing up making impossible to finish a game. Whats up?

The app is seeming to freeze and lag during gameplay please fix this.

For starters, this game seems to play okay for a game in its price range, however, fails to address the reason people would want to play the game. 1. Missing multi-player mode 2. Missing option to add/subtract number of players. If this game offered a means to play as a family with every player using their own tablet/phone device, itd be a good buy.

I really love this game. My family plays the actual card game every time we get together. I hope in future updates you add multiplayer. That would be so cool to be able to start an online game with my family, or even random players.

My family and I have played Wizard for over 10 years now, so I know the game very well. When I read that there was an app for the game, I knew I had to try it, and it doesnt disappoint. I cannot recommend this game enough (especially for a great single player experience).

The recent update added networked games on your wifi/lan, but if youre all there you likely already have the real card game. Would be more useful to offer Internet networked games. The computer players throw Wizards too early and unnecessarily. They also too often lead trump when they shouldnt; in real life players like this arent invited back. Still, the game itself is fun so even this limited version is OK. Some suggestions for improvement: --Better/more strategic AI --Offer hands with 3, 5, or 6 players --Blind bidding. (This is way more fun and difficult.) --Internet-networked games A bug: The trump card is being put back in the deck.
